DESCRIPTION OF THE KENISCO PLATFORM
KENISCO is building a community to connect small businesses with individuals (promoters) for mutual benefit. Promoters leverage their online and offline networks to promote products and services of businesses. As a result, services and products of businesses get sold faster and easier.
On KENISCO, two main groups are served - Business owners and Promoters (Individuals). Both business owners and promoters share in the profits of KENISCO anytime a transaction is made.
Services such as ad sharing, marketplace, bulk sms etc are available on KENISCO to facilitate sales for small businesses.
FAILED TRANSACTIONS AND REVERSALS ON KENISCO
In situations where a transaction does not go through but the user is debited, you are required to send complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Name of account holder, phone number of the account holder, phone number of the recipient for which the service was performed for if different from the account holder, amount involved, date of transaction and any other relevant information. An investigation will be conducted and the appropriate action taken.
